What is the average delivery time for an electric scooter?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days via our regional distribution centers.
Do iScooter products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electric scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty covering the motor and battery, and a 6-month warranty for other specific components against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the scooter in its original packaging and unused condition for a refund or exchange.
Are the electric scooters waterproof?
Our scooters have an IP54 water-resistance rating, which means they are protected against light splashes and dust. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain or submerging them in water.
