At iscooterglobal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electric scooter purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the scooter in its original packaging, including all manuals, chargers, and accessories to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
